1. Reservation & Cab Booking Policy

Our passenger dispatch platform offers transport routing services across active Tamilnadu city corridors (Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Bangalore, etc.).

• All booking submissions are subject to safe driver and car availability. Mugi Cabs Pvt Ltd reserves the right to accept or politely decline any ride allocation request.
• You must supply truthful, complete, and verifiable pickup addresses, date/time info, and primary contact details. Any fraudulent booking attempt is subject to instant cancellation.
• Special vehicle types (e.g., SUVs for 7 guests, Prime Sedans) are allocated based on active availability at the time of dispatch.

2. Pricing, Tolls & Fee Structure

We are dedicated to transparent, honest billing without concealed fees:

• Base Fares: Fares are calculated dynamically based either on fixed outstation package parameters or local distance-based meter metrics.
• Additional Inclusions: State permit clearances, interstate taxes, national toll booth charges, and commercial airport parking fees are not included in baseline estimates. These are paid directly as actuals by the traveler or appended in the final ride invoice.
• Payment Settlement: All invoices must be settled instantly upon arrival at the destination. Payments can be authorized via standard cash, Indian UPI interfaces, or bank transfers.

3. Passenger Regulations & Code of Conduct

To preserve the safety and comfort of both passengers and our driver partners, the following rules apply:

• Clean Cabin Guidelines: Passengers will avoid littering or defacing the vehicle interior. Any accidental spills or soiling that demands detail cleaning will be subject to a nominal cleaning recovery cost.
• Zero-Tolerance Abuse Policy: Threatening, disruptive, or hostile behaviors directed at driver partners will cause immediate termination of the trip and possible law enforcement escalation.

4. Cancellations & Delay Contingencies

• Cancellations: Passengers can cancel scheduled outstation rides absolutely free of charges up to 2 hours prior to the pickup schedule. Rescinding later may incur a driver dispatch recovery token.
• Force Majeure Delay Exclusions: While our drivers perform diligent route preparation to assure timely arrival, Mugi Cabs Pvt Ltd does not represent or contractually warrant against delays arising from severe climate disruptions, highway blockages, traffic gridlocks, or sudden tire punctures. We are not liable for missed airline flights, custom trains, or personal event reservations.

5. Legal Indemnity & Local Jurisdiction

Mugi Cabs coordinates transportation utilizing fully vetted, licensed commercial driver owners who carry statutory vehicle insurance liabilities. In the event of unfortunate roadside incidents, claims should be initiated according to local motor vehicles legislation. These terms are governed and construed by the laws of Tamilnadu, India. All judicial disputes will be evaluated by competent courts at Chennai/Madras.
